Jean-David Bodénan
Jean-David is a Project Officer at ESF Science Connect. He is currently working on the EU-funded ASTRAIOS project and supports the Europlanet Society, and the European Space Sciences Committee.
Jean-David holds a PhD in Cosmochemistry (The Open university, UK), an MSc in Oceanic Geosciences with a specialization in geochemistry (university of Western Brittany, FR), and a B Sc. in Earth, Environment, and Universe Sciences (University of Tours, FR). Before joining ESF, Jean-David pursued an academic career with postdoctoral researcher positions in Germany and Switzerland, adding up to 11 years in academia. During this time, through taking part in and leading scientific and outreach projects he developed skills for project management, data analysis, scientific writing, and communication.
