Nathalie joined the ESF in 2005. She oversees all Human Resources aspects of the organisation including personnel management and organisational development, compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, HR legal aspects as well as employee relations. As a member of the Management Group, she plays a key role in developing the ESF organisation.
She has a strong HR experience in small to medium-size European and North American organisations, both in industrial and service sectors, in which she developed staff management and project management skills.
She holds a MSc in business sciences as well as a technical degree in international trade.
