Mihaela Rusitoru

Mihaela is involved both in the coordination of EU-funded projects as well as in ESF’s grant evaluation missions in the fields of Humanities and Social Sciences.  

She’s involved in the DocEnhance project, that aims at enhancing and integrating transferable skills into PhD programmes as well as in the OTTER project, which focuses on outdoor education for accreditation of non-formal education within the EU. She has also worked on GRACE and TerriToria EU-funded projects.  

Mihaela holds a PhD in Lifelong Learning Policies and has a strong expertise in education policies developed by international organisations, the European Union and national governments. She created the Personal Blossoming Pedagogy to promote innovative pedagogical models aiming at a better education for learners at all ages.
