Natalia Glowacka

Natalia is a Science Officer within the Inclusive Science Cluster. She is currently working on EU-funded projects MOBI-TWIN and ENFIELD, dealing with Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) principles. 

She has over 10 years of experience in scientific project management within the European Framework Programmes for Research (Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe, Life Programme) with a focus on Environment and Health. She has extensive experience in the implementation of international projects, including collaboration with the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC), and has worked with UN organizations such as UNEP and UNESCO. 

Natalia is a co-creator of the "Water and Art" diplomacy approach designed by the JRC and EURECAT, featured in the EU publication The Gateway to the Future of the Mediterranean. It is related to citizen and stakeholder engagement, employing science, arts and culture for multi-lateral sustainability diplomacy. 

She has received a PhD in Environmental management from the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra (Slovakia). Her research focused on the verification of energy conversion from microalgae.
