TransEuropean Funded Ship Time
EUROFLEETS is a EU funded project providing scientists 66 fully funded days of ship time on 5 global/ocean class research vessels and 110 days of ship time on 13 regional class ships including the use of large equipment such as ROVs and submersibles.
Call for proposals - fully-funded ship time on European research vessels
Aim of EUROFLEETS
- To provide access to research vessels for all European scientists on the sole condition of scientific excellence and, in return, give support to environmental and biodiversity protection, coastal zone management, geodynamics and climate change research.
- To support outstanding research projects, fully funded ship time on a range of European research vessels will be available.
The Call
EUROFLEETS Call for Ship time "Ocean" and "Regional 1" 2010 is now open.
You are now able to apply for full ship time on a range of European Global/Ocean and Regional research vessels in the frame of the EU-funded project EUROFLEETS.
