Since 2008, the ESDP has been active in:
- The creation and maintenance of the SD database;
- The publication of a Consultation Document Common practices for recognition of European competency levels for scientific diving at work (October 2009) - Dowload here;
- The organisation of SD-related meetings, workshops and events
- 2nd International Symposium of Occupational Scientific Diving (October 2009);
- Joint Workshop with the COST office: 'Strengthening synergy and excellence in diving supported science across Europe' (27-28/09/2010, Brussels).
ESF provides the scientific, administrative and technical secretariat for COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology).
