The workshop “Making quality visible: a European Reference Index for the Humanities (ERIH) to better access and assess European Humanities research” took place on 18-20 November 2007. It was hosted by the University of Granada. The workshop focused on the future development of ERIH and was convened to offer stakeholders the opportunity to discuss and debate the ways that ERIH can move forward from the ‘initial lists’ stage towards a full-fledged reference index for the Humanities.

Following the publication of the first seven ERIH 'initial' lists, a series of 'Regional Information Days' was organised by the ERIH team. The main aims of the event were to:
