First 'Call for Participants' published for the ESF/COST Information System
First RFI published for the ESF/COST Information System
The first ‘Request For Information’ concerning the ESF/COST Information System has been published on 14/03/2008 on TED (Tenders Electronic Daily - Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union).
The candidates to provide ESF/COST for the Information System Integration Infrastructure and/or the Human Resources Management System have to send their ‘Request to Participate’ before the 25th of April.
These two provisions are the first part of a global Information System Project, which aims to offer both ESF and COST an adapted information system lined up with the Foundation’s strategic orientations and processes.
This new information system will provide trustworthy shared information to the different users and offer high office automation and data security / confidentiality functions.
Processes to be covered in the global solution are the following:
• Finance management
• Science management, including grant management
• Managing external contracts
• Human Resources management
• Procurement management
• Communication management
