NO APPLICATION DEADLINE for Short Visit Grants
Application for a Short Visit Grant (up to 15 days) should be submitted by using this online Application form
Short visit grant applications should include the following information:
- A short description of the proposed project work and the aim of the visit
- A curriculum vitae of two A4 pages
- Full address details of the prospective host(s)
- Proposed starting date
- Estimated travel costs
Priority will be given to applications where the institutions involved are in contributing countries.

The outcome will be known one or two weeks after submission
EXCHANGE GRANTS
Application for Exchange Grant (from 2 weeks to 6 months) should be submitted using the online Application form
Exchange Grant application should include the following information:
- A short description of the proposed project work and the aim of the visit
- A curriculum vitae of two A4 pages
- Five most recent publications
- A letter of recommendation
- A letter of acceptance from the host at the receiving institute
- Proposed starting date
- Estimated travel costs
Priority will be given to applications where the institutions involved are in contributing countries.
