Dates/Duration | Suggest a date for the conference in accordance with the guidelines. Please note that final dates will be selected by the ESF in consultation with the conference chair |
Expected Number of Speakers | Number of invited speakers (15-25 recommended) |
Expected Number of Participants | Number of expected participants (90-150 recommended) |
Keywords | Provide up to 5 keywords to describe the proposal content. These will be used to identify appropriate reviewers |
Abstract | Abstract of the proposal, maximum of 300 words |
Personal Data | Name, contact details, and competences of the chair |
Co-Organisers | Name, contact details and competences of co-organisers if applicable |
Referees | Provide the name and contact details of 3 potential referees. The ESF aims to receive no more than one assessment from the referees recommended by the chair. Please note that we will thoroughly check the quality of these recommended referees and potentials for conflict of interest. Scientists who are suggested as speakers or who are affiliated to the proponent will not be contacted. |
Persons Not to be Asked to Referee | Names and affiliations of persons not the be asked to referee the proposal, in particular due to conflict of interest. |
