A Vision
To support science strategy, synergy and delivery by enabling effective and efficient management of all aspects of ESF/COST operations.
The Objectives
- To support corporate ESF/COST quality-assured processes, including peer review
- To support rationalisation of procedures
- To enable all staff to be more productive
- To increase integration and inter-operability
- To increase flexibility and agility of business processes
- To create user-friendly systems through Web-based tools
- To provide added value by improving cooperation and joint decision taking between ESF/COST staff and their partners
A Mission for a Project
To ensure that ESF/COST's information systems are aligned with ESF/COST processes and user requirements, providing both automation and added-value services (such as decision support or collaborative tools), and ensuring compliance with regulations (traceability etc.)
