Call for ESF Research Conference Proposals

The European Science Foundation invites researchers to submit proposals for high-level research conferences within the framework of its Research Conferences Scheme in the following scientific domains:

• Molecular Biology+
  
• Physics/Biophysics and Environmental Sciences

Further scientific domains are to be added in the coming months. Please keep checking these pages or subscribe to our mailing list below to be kept informed.

Guidelines for Submission

Guidelines on how to submit a proposal within the ESF Research Conference Scheme can be found here. Please note that these will be updated on April 1 annually, when the call for proposal officially opens.

ESF Research Conferences Review Guidelines

In order to support referees during the review process and to ensure the standard of the reviews received, ESF Research Conferences Review Guidelines are now available.

These guidelines contain the following information:

- Further information on the review and rebuttal process
- Best practice tips for international peer review
