The 2nd FALS Workshop entitled "Needs and opportunities for Future Advanced Light Sources" will take place on 10-12 October 2004 in Propriano, Corsica.
Organisers: Dr. Marie Emmanuelle Couprie (France), Professor Elaine Seddon (United Kingdom) and Professor Hans Hertz (Sweden)

The first workshop entitled "Opportunities and challenges for atomic and molecular science at the new European VUV- and X-FEL sources"  took place on 8-9 December 2003 in Berlin, Germany, in conjunction with the 1st Steering Committee Meeting.
