The guidelines for each type of grant remain valid, please refer to these for the content of your application. The Programme Steering Committee (or a subgroup) will decide on your application and will be responsible for all financial and reporting matters. You will be contacted directly in due course concerning the outcome of your application.

HOLOGRAV - SCIENCE MEETING APPLICATION

Workshop /conference / school organisers may apply for financial support from the Holograv programme.

HOLOGRAV - EXCHANGE GRANT APPLICATION

Exchange Grant (from 2 weeks to 6 months) application should include the following information:

- A description of the proposed project work and the aim of the visit
- A curriculum vitae 
- Five most recent publications
- A letter of recommendation 
- A letter of acceptance from the host institute
- Proposed starting date
- Estimated travel costs

HOLOGRAV - SHORT VISIT GRANT APPLICATION

Short visit grant (up to 15 days) applications should include the following information:

- A description of the proposed project work and the aim of the visit
- A curriculum vitae 
- Full address details of the prospective host(s)
- Proposed starting date
- Estimated travel costs
