Short Visit Grants
APPLICATION DEADLINE : Once a month: first day of the month
Application for Short Visit Grant (up to 15 days) should be submitted using the online Application form
Short visit grant applications should include the following information:
- A short description of the proposed project work (about 250 words) and the aim of the visit
- A curriculum vitae of two A4 pages
- Full address details of the prospective host(s)
- Proposed starting date
- Estimated travel costs
Priority will be given to applications where the institutions involved are in contributing countries.
Further information on procedures, reporting, ESF financial rules for the reimbursement of travel costs etc. can be found in the Guidelines for Short Visit Grants
Exchange Grants
APPLICATION DEADLINE : Once a month: first day of the month
Application for Exchange Grant (from 2 weeks to 6 months) should be submitted using the online Application form
Exchange Grant application should include the following information:
- A short description of the proposed project work (about 1000 words) and the aim of the visit
- A curriculum vitae of two A4 pages
- Five most recent publications
- A letter of recommendation from someone familiar with the applicants work
- A letter of acceptance from the host at the receiving institute
- Full address details of the prospective host(s)
- Proposed starting date
- Estimated travel costs
Priority will be given to applications where the institutions involved are in contributing countries.
