Short and Exchange Visit Travel Grants - online application forms

Within the frame of the Research Networking Programme EUCCONET, travel grants can be financed in order to support the primary objectives of the network that are to foster international cooperations and exchanges of experience.

Please note that applications are not open to the public but only to projects selected by the Programme’s Steering Committee. Before submitting any application, please carefully read the  Guidelines for Grants (PDF - 842 KB).

All applications are received and assessed by a sub-group of the Programme Steering Committee.

Even though EUCCONET works on the basis of a permanent open call for proposals, it is highly recommanded to contact the Coordinator and the Steering Committee Chairs before submitting any application on the ESF website.

When submitting applications please try to ensure that there is at least two months between the date of submission and the proposed starting date of the visit, to ensure that the sub-group has sufficient time to evaluate the application.
