Once the CRPs of a EUROCORES programme have been funded, a EUROCORES programme is expected to implement networking activities across the funded CRPs. Networking Activities are meant to encourage and facilitate scientific collaboration and diffusion across the Collaborative Research Projects (CRPs) within a given domain or if appropriate across different domains and programmes.
Typical examples are:
Science Meetings
Visits
These are all the activities with the aim of raising awareness on and diffusing results of the EUROCORES Programme.
Typical examples are:
Submission of a Networking Activity Proposal Proposals for EUROCORES Networking Activities should be sent via an online submission system which can be accessed from the relevant programme webpage. |
Submission of a EUROCORES Short-Term Visit proposal Applicants are asked to submit their proposal for a EUROCORES Short-Term Visit via an online submission system which can be accessed from the relevant programme webpage. |
Submission of a EUROCORES Dissemination Activity proposal Proposals for EUROCORES Dissemination Activities are to be submitted off line, by email to the EUROCORES Science Officer in charge of the programme. |
Appropriate acknowledgement support from the ESF should appear in all presentations, reports, publications and other documentation resulting from activities which are funded either partially or entirely by a EUROCORES Programme. A reprint of the published document should be sent to the ESF.
Example of a Standard acknowledgement text:
"This work, as part of the European Science Foundation EUROCORES Programme XXXXX, was supported by funds from the <Names of participating national Funding Agencies> and the EC Sixth Framework Programme under Contract no. ERAS-CT-2003-980409" "This work has been financed by <Names of involved national Funding Agencies> within the EUROCORES Programme XXXX of the European Science Foundation, which is also supported by the European Commission Contract no. ERAS-CT-2003-980409 of the Sixth Framework Programme." or: "The authors gratefully acknowledge the financial support provided by <Names of involved national Funding Agencies> through the XXX Programme of the European Science Foundation, which is also funded by the European Commission, Contract no. ERAS-CT-2003-980409 of the Sixth Framework Programme." |
