In this section we aim to guide our participants on how best to travel to our conferences. Sometimes ESF conference venues can be complicated to reach but they are always located in an appropriate natural and social environment for our scientists. Our practical information guide gives information on the location of the closest train station and airport to the conference venue, as well as detailed instructions on how to get there. We always encourage participants to use public transport as opposed to a taxi when arriving at the venue. It is also important to mention that we organise group transport for our participants in order to minimise travel to and from the nearest train station and airport.
