ESF/COST Information System

A Vision

To support science strategy, synergy and delivery by enabling effective and efficient management of all aspects of ESF/COST operations.

The Objectives

  • To support corporate ESF/COST quality-assured processes, including peer review
  • To support rationalisation of procedures
  • To enable all staff to be more productive
  • To increase integration and inter-operability
  • To increase flexibility and agility of business processes
  • To create user-friendly systems through Web-based tools
  • To provide added value by improving cooperation and joint decision taking between ESF/COST staff and their partners

A Mission for a Project

To ensure that ESF/COST's information systems are aligned with ESF/COST processes and user requirements, providing both automation and added-value services (such as decision support or collaborative tools), and ensuring compliance with regulations (traceability etc.)

  • RFP for HRMS and Integration Infrastructure have been sent respectively on 9-July-2008 and 23-July-2008 to the selected suppliers.
